This Cancellation Policy is issued by Adventure Shoppe (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and governs the cancellation of orders placed through our website. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

SECTION 1 – ORDER CANCELLATION TERMS

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been packed or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation will not be possible.

Cancellation requests are processed on a best-effort basis and depend on the order status at the time of request.

SECTION 2 – CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

To request cancellation, you must contact our support team immediately after placing your order and provide accurate order details including order number, registered email address, and contact information.

Failure to provide correct details may delay or prevent the cancellation process.

SECTION 3 – NON-CANCELLABLE PRODUCTS

Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed, including but not limited to:

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”, “Non-Returnable”, or “Non-Cancellable”
  • Customized, special-order, or made-to-order products
  • Products where hygiene seals or protective packaging have been opened
  • Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items

Adventure Shoppe reserves the right to determine eligibility for cancellation at its sole discretion.

SECTION 4 – CANCELLATION AFTER SHIPMENT

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled directly. In such cases, customers may initiate a return request after delivery, subject to applicable return eligibility and inspection procedures.

Shipping and logistics charges may be deducted where applicable.

SECTION 5 – REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

If a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Refund processing timelines may typically take 5–7 business days or as per the processing norms of the respective bank or payment gateway.

Any applicable payment gateway charges or transaction fees may be deducted where applicable.

SECTION 6 – CANCELLATION BY ADVENTURE SHOPPE

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion under circumstances including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or stock issues
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment verification failures
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions

In such cases, customers will be notified and any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.

SECTION 7 – REFUSAL OR NON-ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY

If a customer refuses delivery or is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order may be returned to us. Shipping and reverse logistics charges may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.
